The Landing Package

The Landing Package includes a pair of two-person offices, fully furnished, and fully inclusive of rates, heat, light and telecoms charges, at £500 per month* excluding VAT for the first 12 months after which it will return to market value. All for just £11.50 per working day, per employee!

- Office 101 – 422 sq ft
- Office 301 – 422 sq ft

*Terms & conditions apply. Eligible companies must have no existing or prior office space and be start-up companies.

The Elevate Support Package

The elevate support package includes four larger offices which includes a range of professional advisory, business support and networking resources.

Two 6-person offices available for £1,000 per month excluding VAT. All for just £7.60 per working day, per employee!

- Office 312 – 493 sq ft
- Office 402 – 487 sq ft

Two 8-person offices available for £1,200 per month excluding VAT. All for just £7 per working day, per employee!

- Office 305 – 580 sq ft
- Office 310 – 569 sq ft
