Yes, Deposits are required when taking office space at The Base, Warrington.

1 payable car parking space can be included for occupiers that have an office over 400 sq ft. The cost of this is £45+VAT per month. Additionally, we have four visitor parking spaces at your disposal.

Business rates can be included or excluded depending on your preference, giving you the flexibility to decide how you run your business.

This is precisely why we provide the option to include furniture for a fee of £15+VAT per desk per month. This offering, however, is contingent upon availability.
