Is there a deposit required?

Yes, Deposits are required when taking office space at The Base, Warrington.

Is parking included and can you allocate spaces?

1 payable car parking space can be included for occupiers that have an office over 400 sq ft. The cost of this is £45+VAT per month. Additionally, we have four visitor parking spaces at your disposal.

Are business rates included?

Business rates can be included or excluded depending on your preference, giving you the flexibility to decide how you run your business.

Is furniture included?

At The Base, we deeply understand the challenges that come with business operations. Additionally, we recognise the stress associated with securing the right setup. This is precisely why we provide the option to include furniture for a fee of £15+VAT per desk per month. This offering, however, is contingent upon availability.

Are there any additional costs?

There are some one-off costs at the start of any new agreement for signage and IT set up.

Does The Base host any social events?

At The Base, we run a number of social events for all of our occupiers to enjoy. We typically host these in our reception area. Of course, it’s up to you whether you’d like to get involved, but you’ll always be welcomed with open arms.

Indeed, The Base features three on-site showers conveniently located within the building.

How do I report an emergency?

In the event of an emergency, it is imperative that you promptly report to our reception team and immediately dial 999.

Do you have on-site bike storage?

Yes, The Base has bike storage available on-site.

Can you accommodate large groups for events?

Can I hire an office for a day?

Is there a minimal rental period?

At The Base, we’re committed to providing ample time and support for your business growth and success in our distinctive setting. Hence, we present a minimal rental period of three years.

Do I need to book co-working in advance?
