Meet the Team

Stacey Marsh – Building Manager
Stacey joined Langtree in 2020 as the Building Manager at The Base and brings over 20 years’ experience in customer services and front of house across the retail and hospitality industries. She has worked in the serviced office industry for over 10 years managing multiple sites and is fully conversant with managing serviced properties and both hard and soft services. Stacey’s responsibilities at The Base include managing Health and Safety, new lets, fit outs on site and providing a range of property management support.

Ali Tenant – Business Development Manager
Alison joined Langtree as the Business Development Manager in August 2021 over at The Base. Previously working as Marketing Director for Peel Land & Property for 19 years, Ali has worked across several sectors including Property, Retail, Airports and Leisure, supporting various business and projects including MediaCityUK, Liverpool john Lennon Airport, Liverpool Waters and Gloucester Quays with full marketing strategy, PR, and events. Ali is also a qualified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for 8 years so her new part time position at Langtree will allow her more flexibility (pardon the pun!) to develop her yoga business.

Lisa Pook – Receptionist
Lisa is the Receptionist at The Base and has over 15 years’ experience in the Health and Social care sector, working her way up to service manager. Her responsibilities at The Base include assisting the team with the overall Health and Safety and tracking budget.

Tracy Pikering – Receptionist

Tracy joined us here at The Base in March 2022 and brings with her over 28 years’ experience in customer service. Her main responsibilities include assisting the team with the overall Health and Safety, tracking budgets, welcoming customers and guests to the building and booking meeting and events rooms. Warrington born & bred in her spare time Tracy likes to listen to music, going to concerts and crafting.

Jeff Clayton – Concierge

Jeff our Concierge, knows everything there is to know about The Base and treats it like his own home, which is reflected in how spotless and well maintained the building is.

Jeff has been at The Base for almost 3 years and has a 14 year career in security at various sites across the North West but we are glad Jeff has finally landed at The Base!

A lifelong Warrington Wolves fan, when Jeff isn’t at a match at weekends, he can be found at his caravan in North Wales, where he spends most weekends with his family.
