Langtree, has confirmed deals with Meritec, Swan IT, Redwood Bank, Simple Solutions, and Olive Construction for almost 4,000 sq ft in the 50,000 sq ft building on Dallam Lane managed by Warrington & Co.
Jayne Furnival, Langtree’s group property director, reveals negotiations underway for four additional offices at the sought-after building.

They like its proximity to Warrington Central station and the A49 as it widens the pool of labour they can draw on as they grow.”
